What causes lymphoma?

and what possible factors increase the risk of getting lymphoma?

What causes lymphoma?
well, if we only knew the answer to that we would be a long way towards being able to fight it. lymphoma is basically cancer of the lymph nodes and like many cancers can affect almost anyone. it's often a secondary condition (metastasis) of skin cancer (melanoma) and breast cancers. i've heard it's slightly more common in women and that if you have any autoimmune disease (e.g. lupus) then you are at greater risk.

Reply:no concrete answer on that. we asked doctors about it, they said they have no clue. it could be dna, virus, environmental factor....etc...
