Generally speaking is lymphoma considered one of the more deadly cancers or less deadly cancers?

I know that lung cancer is the worst one, where does lymphoma rank among the cancers?

Generally speaking is lymphoma considered one of the more deadly cancers or less deadly cancers?
I don't know the rank, but I know Lymphoma is highly treatable. It's been 3 years since I had it.

Here's where you'll find more info:

Reply:Now that it can be treated, less dangerous... But every cancer is bad. So, yeah...
Reply:There is treatment for lymphoma, so it has become less deadly, but you mentioned that lung cancer was the "worst one" so I'm not sure what you're ranking them by. Lung cancer is usually caused by smoking, and though it is the number one cancer killer of both men and women, it isn't the highest in men or women separately. Also, there isn't as high a death rate in lung cancer as there is in some other, much more rare cancers, which have close to and sometimes above, a 90% fatality rate.
Reply:I don't really know the absolute "ranking" of Cancers and their morbidity. Lymphoma is, however, certainly not a "lesser" Cancer, as the lymph system is basically a "highway" via which cancer can spread. Rest assured that the medical community and Oncology Docs and researchers are working hard to help those who have such cancers. A better day lies ahead.
Reply:It is low on the list of deadly cancers. Treatment is usually successful.
Reply:There are many kinds and classifications of lymphoma. Hodgkins is more benign,B cell more malignant in certain grades so I cannot answer your question
